By accessing or using our website, software products, including our subsidiaries (Atlas Trade AI, Magnus Trades, Profit Signal Pro, and Elara Pro), and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Technology Provider Disclosure

Forefront Solutions Inc. is strictly a software development and technology provider. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. The Services provided, including automated trading algorithms and AI analysis, are for educational and technological utility purposes only. Nothing on our website or within our software constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security or asset class.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software for your personal, non-commercial trading use. You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials or API access with third parties.

4. Risk Assumption

Warning: You acknowledge that trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk. You agree that you are solely responsible for your investment research and decisions. Forefront Solutions Inc. is not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our automated software.

5. Third-Party Brokerages

Our software connects to third-party brokerage accounts via API. We do not have custody of your funds. You acknowledge that your relationship with your broker is governed by a separate agreement, and Forefront Solutions Inc. is not responsible for the actions, failures, or fees of your chosen brokerage.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forefront Solutions Inc., its directors, employees, and subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
